Over the last 30 years, we have managed everything from heavy industrial to residential. Currently, we manage over 300,000 square feet of industrial property; 1,200 units of apartments; and asset manage 275,000 square feet of office spaces. We operate a building supply business in addition to our management company. This allows us to buy materials at very competitive prices.

About Us

The management team at Industrial Management Group started in the building supply business in 1943. After a humble beginning, the company grew at a rapid rate. While managing multiple properties, we evolved in the property management business. We later diversified into building and leasing properties in addition to property management. Today, that business has grown into a large portfolio of properties.

Our staff has tremendous industry experience with an average tenure of 15 years.
